THE CONTRACTOR SHALL (1) DEVELOP ALGORITHMS FOR MAPPING NONDESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION (NDE) INDICATION OF DEFECTS TO THE CORRECT SPATIAL LOCATIONS OF THE DEFECT WITHIN A STRUCTURAL COMPONENT; (2) DEVELOP ALGORITHMS THAT ASSIGN AN ACCURATE MODEL FOR THE DEFECTS BASED ON ITS NDE INDICATION; (3) DEVELOP ALGORITHMS THAT INTEGRATE DEFECT MODEL INTO A FINITE ELEMENT MESH; AND (4) PERFORM AN ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE FLAW SIZES AND LOCATIONS IN THE MESH WITH AN INDEPENDENT DETERMINATION OF SIZE AND LOCATIONS OF THE FLAWS.
