Requirement

The CBP USBP Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD), Communications, Command and Control (C3) organization (the Government) requires contractor support to modernize and enhance LMR network infrastructure and critical communications systems. The work will improve reliability, security, and interoperability of mission-critical communications across multiple Border Patrol Sectors, including Buffalo, Del Rio, Detroit, El Centro, El Paso, Grand Forks, Havre, Houlton, Rio Grande Valley, San Diego, Swanton, Tucson, and Yuma. Efforts include technical radio refreshes, coverage enhancements, and upgrades to support infrastructure such as solar power plants, batteries, generators, towers, shelters and ancillary equipment. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and be coordinated with parallel projects to ensure operational effectiveness and avoid duplication.
