Architect and Engineering Design Services are required to provide investigation, design, and engineering services for the replacement and upgrade of aged mechanical and electrical systems, and to address structural and building envelope deficiencies at the Blast/Paint Bay (BPB) at Building 14 at USCG Base Boston. The A/E firm shall provide a complete and biddable set of construction documents (drawings and specifications) and associated cost estimates.
