AV/IT Renovation to the Office of Response and Recovery’s (ORR) Continuity of Operations (COOP) Building and the FEMA Operations Center (FOC)

Requirement

The Contractor shall perform the work at the Mount Weather location and provide a complete AV/IT renovation, including procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies; installation and connection of new equipment; removal of all existing equipment from designated workspaces, including packaging for shipment; and all labor necessary to fully replace and upgrade wiring infrastructure, hardware, and technology in the areas defined in this SOW. The Contractor shall upgrade all existing systems and components with new systems and components, including all required cabling and connections within and between the following areas at Mount Weather: ~ FEMA COOP Building 2nd and 3rd floor conference rooms, watch spaces, offices, and other identified spaces. ~ FEMA Operations Center (FOC) rooms, including the Watch Room/Watch Floor, conference rooms, offices, and other identified spaces.
