Requirement
The purpose of this contract is to obtain contractor functional and technical expertise and support for Coast Guard (CG) business intelligence systems. The contractors shall provide users with functional and technical expertise in the operation and analysis of CG business intelligence information. Additional contractor support will be leveraged to satisfy the high demand for user support and training, to improve and expand current support services offered, and to develop new instructional tools.
