CAMB Repair Roof & Siding at Old Hangar

Requirement

This project includes localized metal deck repairs, corrosion mitigation, water intrusion control, minor roof improvements, gutters and drains installation at the north elevation of the old hangar at CAMB as an interim measure to stabilize existing conditions and prevent more deterioration. The project also includes an engineering-based assessment of existing metal deck and structural frame so the integrity and performance of the building currently exposed to active corrosion can be evaluated. Acquisition Strategy: This will be a Direct 8(a) award.
