Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations (CSRO)

Requirement

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Under Secretary for Management (MGMT), requires comprehensive non-personal services to support the Assisted Voluntary Return (AVR), Voluntary Departure (VD), and Incentivized Voluntary Departure (IVD) programs. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, facilities, information technology solutions, transportation, communications, planning support, and operational capabilities necessary to execute AVR and related voluntary departure workflows for both detained and non-detained populations. This requirement mobilizes the baseline fixed operational infrastructure needed by DHS/MGMT for the Contractor to provide case processing necessary in support of these programs.
