Requirement
The United States Coast Guard(USCG), Aviation logistics Center(ALC), Engineering Support Division(ESD) located in Elizabeth City, NC, requires the replacement of its fleet of tow tractors. The existing tow tractors have exceeded their expected service life and are no longer reliable, resulting in increased maintenance costs and operational downtime. The new tow tractor will be used to support aircraft movement and logistics operations through out the Coast guard.
