Requirement

This task order provides Data Center 1 (DC1) and Data Center 15 (DC15) services for continued Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support via a DHS IDIQ contract vehicle. These services support the production, test, and development environments. In order to maintain these environments, operating and maintenance (O&M) fees are paid to the data center service provider. These fees cover space, connectivity and power to mission critical equipment. As DHS HQ maintains control of and responsibility for the facility, Operations and Maintenance are provided by an external services Task Order Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awarded by DHS.
