To acquire support services for Development, Engineering, and Enterprise Projects (DEEP) which provides highly specialized technical and management services to assist the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and its customers in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives. This requirement will be competed amongst small businesses under DHS Architecture, Development and Platform Technical Services (ADaPTs) 2.0 Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
