Requirement

The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive disaster response transportation, staging, and staffing support for the OCONUS territories of Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, including Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, and American Samoa. The Federal Emergency Managemeny Agency intends to award a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. One award will be reserved for a small business vendor who is found capable of performing the requirement in its entirety.
