Requirement
The purpose of this procurement is to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE)/Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Investigative Services Division (ISD), Division 4 Unit 4 (D4U4). HSI requires O&M services for the continued support and adaptive maintenance of the modernized system. This is a short-term interim order to be placed against CIO-SP3 SB.
