Requirement

USCIS seeks an enterprise-grade open-source investigations research tool capable of collecting, analyzing, and visualizing publicly available information (PAI). The tool should enable authorized users to monitor, search, and extract relevant data from multiple publicly and commercially available sources in real time, supporting mission-critical investigations, threat assessments, and situational awareness. Additionally, the solution must reduce the amount of time analysts spend manually reviewing open-source content by automating the collection, analysis, and surfacing of derogatory information. The platform must provide a persistent misattribution environment to enable secure and anonymous research, user-level account maintenance and support, and a user-friendly interface. Finally, the solution should include integrated subject recognition capabilities, automated derogatory information surfacing, and the ability to perform batch querying for efficient processing of multiple subjects.

This is a planning forecast, not a solicitation. Dates, values, and set-asides are agency estimates and can change before the official RFP is posted on SAM.gov.
