Requirement

Contractor shall ensure the continued IT support of TSA’s Exercise Information System (EXIS®). Period of Performance 09/1/2026-06/30/2031. Support sought includes: 1) Hosting, Operations and Maintenance, 2) Bug Remediation and System Enhancement, 3) Help Desk, 4) Outreach and Communications and 5) Program Management. 6.) Integrate an Artificial Intelligence EXIS® A.I. Chat This requirement will be awarded against the Integrated Program Management Support Services (IPMSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
