CISA Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) requires contracted explosive detection canine (EDC) screening services to provide continuous and on-call inspection of inbound freight and targeted facility sweeps at CISA’s three primary facilities. The contractor will furnish a fully trained, certified, and licensed EDC and handler team to screen all deliveries entering CISA facilities and, upon request, conduct explosive detection sweeps of common areas, meeting rooms, parking areas, suspicious packages, and locations supporting senior official visits and special events. Services will be performed on site at CISA facilities and will include all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and operational support necessary to conduct explosive detection operations in accordance with applicable federal, DHS, and CISA security standards.
