Facilities Management Support

Requirement

Office of the Chief Operations Support Officer (OCOSO) requires support in managing design and construction efforts, building management, space planning, move services, furnishings, occupancy and lease services for CISA including related scheduling, estimating, budgeting and cost management. OCOSO requires professional support in the areas of design and construction, facility management, space planning, furnishings layout and ordering, scheduling, estimating, program management, budgeting and cost management to address the division’s product and services. More specifically, the Contractor shall provide personnel and support to assist and address challenges related to space acquisition, building upkeep, reconfiguration, design and construction, administration, database management, outfitting, program management, logistics, furniture, and general management of CISA facilities.
