Gallagher Enterprise Software Licenses and Maintenance Support Services

Requirement

USCIS has a requirement for Gallagher software. Gallagher software provides USCIS with physical access control systems both from an enterprise Physical Access Control (ePACS) and standalone configurations. Gallagher software is proprietary and as such, the licensing must be procured from an authorized software reseller. For these reasons, no other type of licensing can satisfy the needs of the Agency. The licenses will allow USCIS access to proprietary software upgrades and patching to keep devices up to date. The support will reduce the risk of uninterrupted service for employees, especially those working away from the main office. If service is interrupted, it will affect all USCIS employees as this is currently part of the enterprise architecture and is essential for continued operation. Disruption in service will delay all activity and will leave USCIS open to liability for not meeting required deadlines.
