This contract funds 4,850 Google Workspace Plus with Assured Controls Plus licenses and 735 Google Archive licenses for FEMA and HQ. Primarily, this Google Workspace system serves as secondary communications and workspace system ensuring DHS mission continuity across critical employees in the event of an emergency. The DHS Google Workspace system also provides a secure and separate communications and workspace system for FEMA, HQ and other DHS components in support of their normal, daily operations.
