HR Staffing Support Services

Requirement

USCG CPM anticipates a competitive task order for HR Specialists/Assistants to support enterprise HR requirements for a 12-month period of performance beginning in Q4 FY26. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, management, materials, and services required to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the USCG and the Assistant Commandant for Civilian Personnel (CG-1C). Services will include HR Position Classification and Staffing Support, such as position description (PD) writing, editing existing PDs, conducting job audits, filing PDs, performing job classifications, and related tasks. Staffing support will include drafting vacancy announcements and recruitment actions, conducting qualification analysis, and assisting with the Question Library for online vacancy announcements. These services will directly support the missions and requirements of the USCG Office of Civilian Human Resources.
