Requirement

CISA requires an Independent Test Agent (ITA) to plan, conduct, and report Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) activities for CISA acquisition programs in accordance with DHS policies, directives, and procedures. Key ITA responsibilities include: 1) Planning, conducting, and reporting OT&E activities, 2) Attending test planning meetings and contributing to Test & Evaluation (T&E) documents. 3) Conducting adversarial assessments, cyber resilience testing, and evaluating measures of effectiveness, performance, suitability, and reliability. 4) Providing analysis of red team test results. 5) Supporting government test readiness reviews, developing and presenting operational test results, and briefing stakeholders. 6) Coordinating OT&E strategy and submitting plans/reports to the Director of Test & Evaluation (DOT&E).
