Requirement

The purpose of this requirement is to support the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) recapitalization of the Coast Guard Electronic Charting System (CGECS) installed aboard the 154-foot Fast Response Cutter (WPC-154) fleet. Under this effort, existing end-of-life Comark Enduranode computers and discontinued 17-inch Hatteland monitors will be replaced with an integrated Computer and Monitor All-in-One (AiO) solution engineered to meet maritime environmental standards (e.g., IEC 60945) and withstand harsh operating conditions. Additionally, legacy lower-level hardware components, such as data distribution equipment, will be upgraded where feasible to standardize electronic navigation architecture, reduce failure rates, streamline fleet troubleshooting, and ensure continued operational readiness across the WPC-154 platform. There are 64 installations planned to be completed both CONUS and OCUNUS. USCG plans to issue a task order under the ILMS II IDIQ for this requirement.
