Requirement

***07/27/2026: Updated requirements title, estimated solicitation release date, small business program, and alternate contact information.*** ***04/23/2026: Updated incumbent name, contract number, and estimated solicitation release date.*** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Service Center Operations (SCOPS) program has a requirement to renew the Kodak Capture Pro software for the one hundred thirty-one (131) Kodak Alaris i5250 high volume scanners, to convert paper-based benefits requests into Adobe portable document format (PDF) files. USCIS has approximately eight (8) million paper records requiring conversion to PDF. USCIS also receives approximately one (1) million new paper-based benefit requests annually, requiring conversion. Each benefit request could contain up to 5,000 pages. During the scanning process, a record must be converted to multiple PDF files. With the amount of volume being scanned, both hardware and software must function efficiently.

This is a planning forecast, not a solicitation. Dates, values, and set-asides are agency estimates and can change before the official RFP is posted on SAM.gov.
