Requirement

The United States Secret Service, Rowley Training Center (RTC) has a requirement to procure Leadership and Professional Development Training. The contractor shall provide comprehensive training services under 611430. Training will address leadership development for team members, team leaders, supervisors, and managers, focusing on workforce challenges such as trust, accountability, communication, teamwork, self-awareness, critical thinking, and problem solving.
