Requirement

The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector Vehicle Maintenance Office(VMO) has a requirement to purchase LT265/70R17 and LT265/70R18 A/T Light Truck (LT) tires, to support the operations within RGV Sector. The USBP RGV Sector has nine stations with Vehicle Maintenance Facilities(VMF) that use a considerable amount of LT tires. The RGV VMFs have utilized several brands and models of LT tires over the years and have determined the tire requirement provides the best overall performance in endurance, heat, and life cycle. Acquisition Strategy: small business set-aside on the open market.
