Requirement

Procurement of state-of-the-art software and are widely used throughout the forensic community. Throughout LSS, previous versions of Wiley Registry/NIST Mass Spectral Library and Designer Drug Library are being utilized. It is the intent of CBP to procure library licenses of the Mass Spectra of Designer Drugs 2025 library and Wiley Registry 2025/NIST Mass Spectral Library 2023. The software upgrade is specific to the Wiley / NIST copies that are previously installed on CBP instrumentation. After the appropriate CBP software requirements, the licensed copies will be distributed by LSS HQ to the LSS field laboratories and will become their property at that time.
