Requirement

FEMA Medical Division is responsible for establishing medical support for deploying FEMA personnel. This includes the capability to deploy paramedics with the initial mobilization to provide both emergent and routine medical care. Paramedics require a multitude of supplies and equipment that can be used to treat illnesses and injuries, both routinely, and in an emergency. The Medical Division may also be tasked with providing contracted medical support with medical supplies in instances where medical supplies have not arrived. The FEMA Medical Division requires many supplies to ensure the health and safety of the FEMA workforce.
