NETC A-Building Corridor HVAC System and E-Building VRF Condenser

Requirement

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, permits, hoisting, scaffolding, disposal, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing A-Building Corridor HVAC System and E-Building VRF Condenser at the National Emergency Training Center, Emmitsburg, Maryland. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, engineering, testing, commissioning, permits, and disposal services necessary to replace the existing AAON outdoor condensing unit serving A-Building corridor spaces while retaining and modifying the existing indoor air handling unit as required.
