Requirement

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, engineering, demolition, installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and documentation necessary to modernize and replace the aging electrical infrastructure at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland. The contractor shall verify all field conditions prior to construction. Existing drawings indicate an aging 12.47kV campus distribution system consisting of medium-voltage feeders, sectionalizing switchgear, transformers, underground distribution systems, main service equipment, and secondary electrical distribution infrastructure. This project shall modernize the campus electrical system to improve reliability, electrical safety, system redundancy, and long-term operational resiliency.
