***7/15/2026 - updated estimated solicitation release date. *** 4/24/26 Update: Updated estimated solicitation release date field and anticipated award date field. *** USCIS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has a requirement to obtain professional services to deliver system configuration, productions deployment, and subsequent maintenance of the OneStream system for the Financial Management Division of OCFO. The services are needed for the Financial Management functions of OneStream and will not include work on the Planning Programming and Budget Execution portion of the system.
