***06/10/2026: Changes made to dollar range (from over $1M to $500K-$1M), estimated solicitation release date (from 6/1/2026 to 7/1/2026), Small Business Program changed to HUBZone and alternate POC (from Sara Putnam to Brittany Willette).*** USCIS requires standard-based video integration, secure gateway services, Microsoft teams’ interoperability, scalability and reliability and support and maintenance with performance characteristics that must include CVI capability that enables video conferencing to join teams meetings without additional hardware. In addition, there must be a compatibility with existing USCIS infrastructure and integration with Microsoft teams and security and compliance that meets federal information security standards.
