Program Management and Analytical Support Services for the USCG Civilian Strategic Planning and Application Office (CG-CPM)

Requirement

CG-CPM manages the functional development, design, implementation and on-going system operations for HR system. The Contractor services required for this acquisition include providing helpdesk support for development and implementation of the 2nd Phase of the AskHR ticketing system which is used to receive and resolve Civilian HR issues and requests submitted by the end users of USCG’s Systems and Civilian staff members and their supervisors. Additional support is required to ensure the project continues momentum and expands to include the additional assignment groups for resolving reported Civilian HR Issues.
