Requirement
This is a casualty repair (CASREP) project. Duke Island has a remote mountaintop communications station that is a part of the Alaska Rescue 21 system (Channel 16 VHF radio). Recently, the solar array at the site blew over and was destroyed. This project is to remove the destroyed solar array and replace the solar array structure, the solar panels, and associated electrical equipment, and reconnect it to the power plant.
