Section 508 Compliance Testing and Remediation Services

Requirement

USCIS requires services for initiating and completing all activities related to 508 Compliance Accessibility Testing and Remediation to be conducted, on an as needed basis, for any electronic and information technologies used or produced by USCIS, Human Capital and Training. As part of the requirement, USCIS needs a Subject Matter Expert in Section 508 testing who provides remediation and remediation recommendations for software, web, web service, video, audio, assorted media and electronic content, and enterprise system technologies. Required services include automated and manual testing, documentation, remediation, reporting, training, advisement, and drafting of procedures.
