The purpose of this effort is to acquire Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to support the Security Technology Portfolio Management Directorate, specifically the Capability Lifecycle Management Portfolio and the Identity Management (IDM), On-Person Screening (OPS), Accessible Property (AP), Baggage and Alarm Resolution (AR) programs within the Passenger Screening & Canine and for Property Screening Portfolios.
