Requirement

The TSA PerSec will require Tier 5 Investigation (T5) to be completed as part of this contract award. The Tier 5 Investigation, formerly known as Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), is the government-wide investigation required of those who need access to Top Secret and or SCI classified national security information. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Order will be against the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Background Investigations III.
