This procurement covers Tactical Communication Engineering, Maintenance, and Support Services. These services are essential for Ice's mission and responsibilities, including protecting critical infrastructure. A reliable and secure tactical wireless communications program is crucial for Ice's effectiveness. It ensures continuous access to important information like intelligence, logistics, investigative reports, assignments, and administrative support. Procure a follow-on re-compete contract to ensures seamless and uninterrupted support for ICE's Tactical Communications systems before the expiration of the current contract expiring on March 14,2026. Scope of Services include Operations and Maintenance (O&M): Provide comprehensive support for system lifecycle activities, including development, modernization, staging, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, Technical and Engineering Support: Deliver engineering services, project management, field assessments, site surveys, and spectrum management to optimize system performance and reliability. Furthermore, Subscriber Equipment Support: Facilitate mobile radio installation, device/system updates, shipping, delivery, and asset management to ensure operational readiness. Lastly, Training and Interoperability: Enhance interoperability and provide training to federal, state, local, and Tribal agencies to improve coordination and communication capabilities.
