Requirement

Provide critical support to ICLN through coordination between state/local public health laboratories and at the federal level, as well as laboratory quality systems, methodology, and data integration. To fully realize ICLN objectives, the Program Office requires sustained technical support that: - Strengthens operational and technical linkages between federal laboratory networks and state/local public health, environmental, food, agricultural, and veterinary laboratories. - Provides subject matter expertise (SME) across matrices (human, animal, food, environmental, plant) and threat classes (biological, chemical, radiological, and other relevant hazards). - Supports requirements development, standards harmonization, exercises, training, methods and quality systems alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a planning forecast, not a solicitation. Dates, values, and set-asides are agency estimates and can change before the official RFP is posted on SAM.gov.
