Texas Recovery Service Center Acquisition – Puerto Rico facility Office Equipment

Requirement

FEMA has a requirement to procure Herman Miller Aeron chairs and related services in support of the Texas Recovery Service Center acquisition for facilities located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The requirement includes the purchase, delivery, receiving, unpacking, assembly, debris removal, project/program management support, freight services, and provision of warranty and support documentation for approximately 414 chairs across two FEMA delivery locations. The contractor shall provide new equipment in original manufacturer packaging, coordinate delivery within 30 days of award, and replace any defective or damaged items at no additional cost within 15 business days of notification. The anticipated period of performance is 08/18/2026 through 08/17/2027, with delivery and installation support to be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
