Requirement

The United States Coast Guard Base Los Angeles/Long Beach requires contractor-furnished refuse, recycling, organics, and bulk waste collection and disposal services at 1001 South Seaside Avenue, San Pedro, California. Services include scheduled collection, transportation, disposal, recycling processing, organics diversion in accordance with California SB 1383 requirements, contractor-furnished containers, and a permanent 40-cubic-yard roll-off container for bulky waste collection throughout the period of performance. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, vehicles, fuel, materials, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services. This requirement supports continuous base operations and environmental compliance. The anticipated acquisition includes one base year and four option years.
