USCGC SPAR CPP Leak UPDD FY26 Unplanned Dry Dock Maintenance Availability for United States Coast Guard Cutter Spar (WLB 206) is a 225' Bouy Tender home ported out of Duluth, MN located in the Great Lakes Coast Guard District. The work list will include but is not limited to repairing outlet of supply filter flange weld is cracked and leaking Hydraulic fluid. SF will remove section of piping and attempt to reweld flange.
