Requirement

The modular vehicle barrier system will be used as a portable or semi-permanent security on various roadways around the USSSP protected locations. Use of the barriers allows USSSP members to control vehicle access, protect personnel and secure sensitive areas. The modular system can be rapidly deployed, relocated, expanded or removed as deemed by operational needs. The impact is that this is an added layer to the critical infrastructure protection, allowing for rapid response in emergencies where access needs to be restricted.
