Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) Radar System De-Installation, Installation, and Modernization Services

Requirement

The scope of this requirement is for the contractor to provide a full-service, turn-key solution for the removal of existing radar equipment and the installation of new radar systems. This is a non-personal services contract. The contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of site preparation, de-installation, installation, testing, and disposition of old equipment across approximately 45 sites, executed over a five-year period of performance. The work involves complex logistics, including working at significant heights, managing subcontracted crane services, handling location-specific permitting, and coordinating travel to remote locations, including those requiring helicopter support.
