VSPTS (Visa Security Program Tracking System) Interim Contract

Requirement

The purpose of this procurement is to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE)/Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)/Visa Security Program (VSP). The VSP requires Information Technology (IT) support to maintain the Visa Security Program Tracking System (VSPTS) Software O&M support services. The VSPTS support team requires an understanding of the following major technologies: Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE), PostgreSQL RDBMS, JBoss/WildFly, Artemis Active MQ, Ansible, Terraform, Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML), and other emerging technology. Additionally, it is helpful for VSPTS support to have helpful, detailed understanding of DoS Consular Affairs and CBP National Targeting Center (NTC) business and technical organizations.
