Requirement

1. Optimum longevity of all Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)-owned and directly leased facilities’ equipment and systems through a well-managed repair and replacement program. 2. Strict compliance with a combination of GSA, industry and manufacturer-recommended standards for repairs/replacement or other Government approved standard of equal or higher level. 3. Accurate diagnosis and prompt resolution of equipment (including systems) problems identified through repairs/replacement, or Contractor-initiated testing and/or exercising. 4. An aggressive contractor (further in the text referred to as “the Contractor”) quality control program that emphasizes repair/replacement projects reducing the probability of future equipment or system failures. 5. Contractor independent performance consistent with the need to keep the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) informed of current status of repair/replacement projects on equipment and systems, as well as other vital information. 6. Maximum customer satisfaction through prompt, courteous resolution of customer concerns. Acquisition Strategy: SDVOSB
