Detail pages show one award, vendor or federal program in depth. Award and vendor pages are public pages on the Propivix website. Investment and program pages are inside the app.
Award pages
Each federal contract award has its own page under /federal-awards/. Every row in the recompete calendar links to one. An award page shows:
- A banner when the contract ends within about 18 months, with the days left and a link to related active opportunities.
- Award $, Vendor, NAICS and Signed Date, then Key Details, the description and Context & Analysis, a plain-English summary of the record.
- Market context, described in the next section.
- Contractor Information, with the contractor's UEI, CAGE code and location when the record has them.
- Subcontractors on this Prime, the first-tier subawards the prime reported. A withheld name reads "Not disclosed".
- Related Opportunities, open notices from the same agency and NAICS code, and Similar Awards.
- View Full Record on USASpending.gov, which opens the source record.
Market context
The Market context block compares the award with its market: awards from the same agency in the same NAICS code over the last three years. Propivix computes it from USAspending award data with fixed rules. No language model writes this text.
It can include up to five parts. Each appears only when there is enough data for it:
- Recompete outlook gives the end date, how long until then (or how long ago it ended), and a recompete signal out of 100. The signal combines time to the end date, the incumbent's history with this agency, whether the award was competed, and its size. It is not a probability that a recompete will happen, and says nothing about your chances of winning.
- Competition says whether this award was competed, with how many offers, and what share of the market's awards were competed. It needs 10 market awards with a known competition type. "Competition type not recorded" means the award record does not say.
- Award size places this award's obligated amount among the market's awards, for example "below the median", and gives the market median. It needs 20 market awards with an amount. It compares award sizes, not prices, so it is not a price-to-win.
- Incumbent at this agency counts the recipient's other awards from the same agency and their total. "At least" in front of the count means Propivix stopped counting at its limit.
- Largest vendors in this market lists up to five other vendors by obligated dollars, each linked to its vendor page. It needs at least two.
The block is built ahead of time, and a daily job rebuilds blocks once they are more than 10 days old, oldest first. The line "Computed from USAspending award data on" gives the build date, which the recompete signal also shows. The time remaining until the end date is counted each time you view the page, so it is always current.
No block on an award page means it has not been built yet, or no part had enough data.
Vendor pages
Each vendor has a page at /federal-vendors/ followed by the vendor name in lowercase with hyphens. A vendor page shows:
- Total Awards and Total Obligated. For a vendor with a very large number of awards, the page may not load every record, so treat these as a lower bound.
- Agencies Served, the number of agencies in the Top Agencies table. That table lists at most 10, so 10 can mean more.
- Expiring Contracts, the vendor's awards ending in the next 18 months, with a list below.
- Top NAICS Codes, All Awards (the 25 largest), Contract Vehicles and As Subcontractor.
Some vendor pages also show an Intelligence Summary. Unlike Market context, an AI model writes it. It appears only when generated in the last week, and shows that date.
Investment and program pages
Investment pages cover one federal IT investment, identified by its UII. To open one, go to /dashboard/pipeline/ followed by its UII. The buttons across the top are:
- Watchlist adds the investment to your watchlist.
- Run AI Assessment gives a score out of 100 and a verdict of GO, NO GO or NEEDS REVIEW. Fixed rules set the score from the Scoring Factors: funding trends, project health, competition, incumbent strength and the size of your asset library. The AI then writes the analysis, strengths and risks. The score is not a win probability.
- Generate WBS opens Work Breakdown with the investment's details filled in.
- Start Proposal creates a proposal from the investment and opens it.
Below are cards for Program Intelligence, OIG Reports and Budget Trend, and five tabs, Overview, Financials, Health, Contracts and Opportunities, each labelled with its record count. N/A means the source did not report that field.
Program pages open from the Programs tab on Federal Opportunities. The buttons are Watch, Assess and Start Proposal. Assess scores the program out of 100 and assumes a deadline 60 days away. The tabs are:
- Overview, with the strategic summary. "Intelligence brief pending generation" means it has not been written yet.
- Budget & Funding, OIG Intelligence, Competitive and Opportunities.
- Linked Assets, which shows a note only and does not list your assets.
