Analytics Overview

Propivix turns the outcomes you record and the documents in your library into figures about your performance. Each figure is only as complete as the data behind it, so the articles in this section say what each number means and what it does not.

Dashboard Figures

The Dashboard shows:

  • "Win rate (this year)": won proposals divided by decided proposals this calendar year. A dash means nothing has been decided yet. Under five decided proposals, the figure carries the note "too few decided pursuits to be predictive".
  • Revenue Won: the proposed value of this year's wins. It reads "Not recorded" when none of those wins has a value.
  • "Active proposals (including drafts)": proposals still being worked on.

Win rate describes past outcomes. It does not predict whether you will win a particular bid. See How win rate is calculated.

Where the Data Comes From

  • Outcomes you record on the Proposal Pipeline board feed the win rate and revenue figures. See Win/Loss Tracking.
  • Project sheets, past proposals and the contracts you enter feed the Past Performance library and its CPARS rating counts. See The Past Performance library.
  • CVs in your asset library feed team matching. See Team Matching Explained.

Data Quality

  1. Record every outcome, won or lost, with the date it was decided.
  2. Record the proposed value of each proposal before you mark it won.
  3. Keep project sheets current and re-analyze them when a rating or value is missing.
