XGILITY, LLC - THIS TASK ORDER PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS COLLABORATION (EBC) PLATFORM, A SHAREPOINT BASED PLATFORM. THESE SERVICES WILL ENSURE THE CONTINUING, COMPREHENSIVE, AND EFFECTIVE OPERATION OF THE EBC INFRASTRUCTURE AND WILL ALSO SUPPORT FSA APPLICATIONS HOSTED AND UTILIZED BY STAKEHOLDERS THAT USE EBC. THE CONTRACTOR SUPPORT REQUIRED IS LARGELY CATEGORIZED INTO THE FOLLOWING THREE SERVICE AREAS. (1) MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE, AND COORDINATION SERVICES: A SET OF GENERAL SERVICES THAT PROVIDE A COMMON FRAMEWORK FOR PROGRAM AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT. EXAMPLES OF FSA COMMON SERVICES ARE ARCHITECTURE MANAGEMENT, IT COMPLIANCE, AND RELEASE AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT. (2) OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND ENHANCEMENT SERVICES: SERVICES THAT ENSURE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE UPDATED, OPERATE EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY, AND ARE RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF ITS CLIENT FSA APPLICATIONS. THESE SERVICES ENCOMPASS OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE EBC SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS AND PROVIDING INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION. (3) HELPDESK SUPPORT SERVICES: END USER SUPPORT SERVICES TO INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF HELP DESK SUPPORT AND PROVIDING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE TO USERS AND APPLICATION DEVELOPERS.
