The CV library is a people view of your asset library. It lists every asset of type CV / Resume as a profile, so you can find the person with the right clearance or certification for a bid.
The page is not in the sidebar. Open it at /dashboard/cv-library. It shows the same CVs as the Assets page, not a separate copy, so a CV you upload or edit there appears here too.
Profiles
Each CV appears as a card, most recently updated first. A card shows:
- The person's name. When the CV has been analyzed, this is the name read from the CV. Before analysis, or when no name was found, the card shows the asset's title instead.
- Their job title, when the analysis found one.
- Their security clearance, as a colored badge, when one is recorded.
- Up to four certifications, with a count of any others.
- Years of experience, when recorded.
The icons at the top right switch between the card grid and a compact list. "Displaying N Profiles" counts the CVs that match your search and filters.
Select Details on a card to open the full profile. It adds Security Clearance, Certifications, Experience, Agency Experience, Tags and Description, each shown only when the CV has a value for it. Close returns to the list.
Everything on a profile comes from the AI analysis of the CV. A missing field means the analysis did not record it, not that the person lacks it. To correct a CV's facts or open its original file, find the CV on the Assets page, where the detail pane has Re-analyze CV and Open original. See Asset details.
Search and filters
The search box matches the person's name, job title, clearance, certifications, agency experience, tags, the asset title and its description.
Advanced Filters sit to the left of the list. On a narrow screen, select Filters to show them.
- Security Clearance: tick one or more levels. A CV matches when its recorded clearance contains the level you tick, so ticking Secret also shows Top Secret CVs.
- Certifications: select certifications to keep only CVs that list one of them. Once your CVs record certifications, the buttons show up to 12 of them.
- Agency Experience: choose an agency. Once your CVs record agency experience, the list shows those agencies.
- Primary NAICS: choose one of the listed NAICS codes. A CV matches when the analysis recorded a NAICS code starting with it.
Clear all filters resets the filters and the search. When nothing matches, the page reads "No matching profiles".
Filters match only what the analysis recorded. A certification or agency that appears in a CV's text but was not recorded will not match.
Library health
The panel on the right summarizes the CVs as a whole.
Library Health is the share of your CVs that have been analyzed, with "N of M CVs analyzed" underneath. A CV counts as analyzed once the AI analysis has saved any facts for it. The figure says nothing about whether those facts are correct or complete, or whether your team can staff a given bid.
Top CERT Trends lists the five certifications that appear in the most CVs, with the number of CVs for each. Before any CV is analyzed it reads "Certification trends will appear once CVs are analyzed."
When the library is empty
With no CVs, the page reads "No CVs yet". Upload CV, like Add New CV at the top of the page, opens the Assets page. Select Upload there and choose CV / Resume as the type. See Uploading assets.
Once a CV is analyzed, its name, clearance and certifications appear here. How CVs are scored against an RFP's requirements is covered in Team matching.
