Propivix uses advanced AI to generate proposal content tailored to each RFP. The AI considers your assets, the RFP requirements, and best practices to create professional drafts.
What the AI Uses
When generating content, the AI considers:
- RFP Requirements - What the client is asking for
- Your Assets - CVs, project sheets, boilerplate
- Section Context - What this section should cover
- Template Guidelines - If using a template with instructions
Generating Content
Generate All Sections
For a complete first draft:
- Open your proposal
- Click Generate All Sections
- Wait for generation to complete (1-3 minutes)
- Review each section
Generate Individual Sections
For more control:
- Navigate to a specific section
- Click the Generate button
- Optionally provide additional guidance
- Review the generated content
Regenerate Sections
If you're not satisfied:
- Click Regenerate on the section
- Add guidance about what to change
- Generate again

Understanding AI Quality Scores
Each generated section receives a quality score:
- Excellent (90-100%) - High-quality, comprehensive
- Good (70-89%) - Solid coverage, minor edits needed
- Fair (50-69%) - Needs significant editing
- Needs Work (<50%) - Consider regenerating
