Managing Proposals in Propivix

The Proposals module is where you turn an RFP into a finished proposal. The wizard plans the book from the RFP's own structure, AI drafts each section from your requirement responses and asset library, and automated checks run before you prepare submission files.

Key Features

  • A proposal wizard that builds the outline from the RFP's volumes, with page budgets, evaluation weights and section owners
  • Requirement evidence on each asset, using the same rule as the go/no-go analysis
  • AI drafting of one section or the whole proposal, with a claim review that flags statements your assets do not support
  • Version history with checkpoints and full restores
  • A quality gate that must pass before submission files are prepared
  • Word and PDF export, as a combined document or as separate technical and pricing volumes

Proposal Workflow

  1. Create: start a proposal from an RFP in the wizard, or promote a go/no-go decision
  2. Plan: set the outline, page budgets and owners
  3. Draft: review requirement responses, then generate the sections
  4. Edit: refine the draft and check every claim
  5. Review: request reviews and collect approvals
  6. Export: download a review draft, or prepare submission files once the quality gate passes
